What is your policy if a plant arrives damaged?

We offer a 30-day 'Arrive Alive' guarantee. If your plant is damaged or dies within 30 days of delivery, simply send us a photo of the plant and we will send a replacement or issue a full refund.

Do you provide care instructions for the plants?

Yes, every plant comes with a digital care guide tailored to its specific species, including light requirements, watering schedules, and humidity preferences to help your new greenery thrive.
