What is your policy if a plant arrives damaged?
We offer a 30-day 'Arrive Alive' guarantee. If your plant is damaged or dies within 30 days of delivery, simply send us a photo of the plant and we will send a replacement or issue a full refund.
Do you provide care instructions for the plants?
Yes, every plant comes with a digital care guide tailored to its specific species, including light requirements, watering schedules, and humidity preferences to help your new greenery thrive.
What are the shipping costs and delivery times?
Standard shipping takes 3-5 business days. We offer free shipping on all orders over $75; otherwise, a flat rate of $9.99 applies to ensure climate-controlled handling.
Are your pots included with the plants?
Most of our plants come in standard nursery grow pots. However, we offer a curated selection of decorative ceramic and terra cotta planters that can be added to your order at checkout.
