At Nursery, we want your home to be a sanctuary of comfort and style. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Log in to your account and visit the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags, assembly hardware, and instructional manuals are included to avoid restocking fees.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided return label to your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a home pickup for larger furniture pieces.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
